I would NOT trust any Governmental statistics or claims or laws or decrees - until the Covid-19 / SARS-Cov-2 CRIMINALS have undergone trials & are in jail - so the HONEST scientists, journalists & medical professionals are finally allowed to speak out freely!
I would not trust any PCR test. Even animals and fruit are testing positive. By calibrating the amplification you can get any number of positives as you want, which is misused from the start. I would not read too much into this.
