Mandatory COVID "boosters" forever?

For the public health sector in BC it's starting to look that way...

Four days ago the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) for British Columbia (BC), Bonnie Henry, issued a revised order titled, “HOSPITAL AND COMMUNITY (HEALTH CARE AND OTHER SERVICES) COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS INFORMATION AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES – SEPTEMBER 12, 2022.” This order replaces a prior order of the same title issued in November of last year. These orders are issued based on conditional Emergency Powers granted to the PHO by the BC Public Health Act.

Like the previous order, this replacement continues to impose mandatory COVID “vaccination” within the public health sector of BC. While I am still comparing the two documents the big change that stood out to me was the justifications given for why this order meets the conditions of the Act’s Emergency Powers. Specifically (emphasis mine):

(a) In view of the history of mutation of SARS-CoV-2, and the uncertainty which exists about its future behaviour, there continues to be a significant risk that it could have a serious impact on public health;

(b)There is a continued significant risk of an unexpected occurrence of a new variant of SARS-CoV-2 which could cause serious disease among the population;

(c) The infectious agent, SARS-CoV-2, continues to spread in British Columbia, Canada and around the world;

(d) Travel restrictions remain in place in Canada and other countries as a result of the circulation of SARS-CoV-2;

As you can see, a core justification is that a future variant might come along that might cause serious disease. So basically, based purely on speculation of the possibility of a future emergency, we are going to keep the current emergency status in place. Given it’s now an accepted fact that the COVID “vaccines” don’t create a sterilizing immune response (i.e. won’t create herd immunity), and the order mandates the COVID “vaccines,” then when will future variants not pose a risk of causing serious disease?! As per the title of this post it seems to me the answer is never.

Of additional related concern is the use of language in the order that implies boosters are required in perpetuity. The following is a specific example from the order:

Evidence continues to mount that to counter-act waning immunity booster doses of vaccine are very important preventive measures;

Further supporting this interpretation is the following screenshot from the BC Gov COVID-19 website. Here you can see the use of the phrase “not up to date” and a statement that everyone 5 and up needs ongoing booster doses.

In summary it appears we now have a potentially never ending order mandating COVID “vaccines” within the public health sector along with an implied requirement to maintain regular “booster doses” in perpetuity. Do you agree with this assessment?
